SWARM'S!!!

We re-queened Harmony 1 last year with a lovely new Buckfast lady.  She had a great winter and a fertile spring but consider she was new.  The bees didn't like her and decided to superceed her.  Result: lots of queen cells.  We took her out and gave her a nucleus of her own and left the main hive to its own devices.  hmmm  1 swarm on the side of the hive and the another swarm underneath the hive.
